What you own
The domain is always yours. Once the build is paid for, you have a perpetual right to use the finished site — content, text, images and design. If you stop the subscription, I hand the site over as a package you or another supplier can run without me.
VAT
Oxholm Agency is a Danish company, VAT-registered in Denmark. Sales to a VAT-registered business in another EU country carry no Danish VAT — you account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge. Both amounts above are excl. VAT.

Questions about the price
When do I pay?
You pay when you are happy with the site, not before. A real draft is built first, so you have something concrete to decide on. If you are not happy with the direction, there is no invoice.
What does the €29 a month cover?
Hosting and operation, security updates, backup, and support by phone and email. On top of that, 2 changes to text, prices, opening hours, images and contact details a month — a new phone number, new opening hours, a new price or a new photo. Larger changes, new pages and new functionality are quoted separately.
Why is there a limit on the changes?
Because a subscription without a limit does not hold. €29 a month covers operation and small things — it cannot also cover ongoing design work. Better a number you can rely on than a promise of "just ask", which stops being true once I have a lot of clients. If you need more, I give you the price up front.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The website is a one-time fee, and the subscription can be cancelled with one month's notice. That is also in the terms of business.
What if I want more pages?
The base package is up to 5 pages. If you need more, we agree the price in advance — it is fixed before I start, and no invoice turns up afterwards that you did not see coming.
Is VAT added on top?
All amounts on this site are excl. VAT. If your business is VAT-registered in another EU country, you account for VAT yourself under the reverse charge, and no Danish VAT is added. With Danish VAT the amounts would be €1,156.25 to build and €36.25 a month.
What does it cost to see a draft?
Nothing. You send the details, I build a draft, and you look at it. If you decide against it, you owe nothing.
What counts as a minor change?
Things that can be updated on the site you already have: text, prices, opening hours, images and contact details. 2 a month are included. New pages, large new sections, a redesign, a web shop or booking are not minor changes — we agree the price for those first.
What happens if I cancel?
The subscription ends after one month's notice. Once the one-time fee is paid, I hand the site over as a complete package that you or another provider can keep running. The domain is yours throughout.
Can you replace the website I have today?
Yes. The new site is built alongside it, and your current site keeps running until you have approved the new one. If you have email on the domain, I make sure it keeps working.
